对于非物质文化遗产馆的想象，每个人都会生发出不同的样态，如同心中的天使各不相同，在各自的希望中绽放美好。

如何更好地构建非遗馆，毋庸置疑，这是一个极其艰辛和困难的过程。我们面临的是要用原创精神挑战习惯性的思维，创造出具有非遗特性的叙事体系和呈现范式，使之成为参与式的文化共享空间。

如果说博物馆展现的是物和历史，那么非遗馆呈现的是人与过程。非遗的主体是代表性传承人，他们不仅是非遗的传承者，也是浙江省非遗馆建设的参与者，为此，我们希望做到以非遗展非遗。展演与展陈同台，活动与项目交融，内容与观众互动，感受非遗的温度和情感，思考传统与当下、人与自然，以及人与社会的关系，让非遗融入生活日常。

随着浙江省非遗馆的启用，我们将在保护、研究、展示、传承、利用等方面做出全新的探索，让中华优秀传统文化浸润人心。浙江省非遗馆将成为展现人类智慧、创造与梦想的平台，帮助人们实现更美好的生活。

For the imagination of Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, everyone will offer a different perspective. Though there are a thousand angels in a thousand people’s eyes, all the imaginations are blooming beautifully in hope and anticipation.

How to better conceive and construct Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum is, without a doubt, an extremely arduous and challenging mission. What we face is to challenge the habitual thinking with originality and create a narrative system and presentation paradigm with the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage that involves everyone in sharing its cultural space.

If we say the museum displays artifacts and history, the intangible cultural heritage museum presents man and process. Representative bearers and practitioners are the main body of intangible cultural heritage as they not only carry the heritage forward, but participate in the construction of Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum as well. Therefore, it is our sincere hope to display the intangible cultural heritage with heritage itself, i.e., live performances and exhibitions held concurrently, activities and projects merging, contents and visitors interacting, so everyone will feel its temperature and emotions, ponder the relationship between tradition and the present, man and nature, man and society, so intangible cultural heritage will be an integral part of daily life.

With the opening of Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, we will make novel explorations in safeguarding, studying, displaying, inheriting and utilizing intangible cultural heritage so as to infiltrate excellent traditional Chinese culture into every heart. Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum will be a wonderful platform to show human wisdom, creation and dreams, and help everyone achieve a better life.

Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum

非物质文化遗产馆是集中展示区域历史文化积淀所形成的形态各异的非物质文化遗产的实体空间，是彰显人民群众智慧创造、反映人民群众美好生活向往的公共平台。浙江省非物质文化遗产保护工作一直走在全国前列，截至目前，浙江省有9项非遗项目被列入人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录、2项被列入急需保护的非物质文化遗产名录，另有241项国家级非遗项目、996项省级非遗项目。

As a physical space for different forms of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) on regional history and culture, Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum is a public platform to showcase the people’s wisdom and creativity and their aspiration for a better life. Zhejiang Province has been in the forefront of ICH protection in China. Up to now, nine items of Zhejiang Province have been inscribed into the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, two in the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding, and 241 national ICH elements and 996 Zhejiang elements.

场馆位于杭州市之江文化中心，建筑面积35000㎡，展陈面积15153㎡，是国内首座大型区域综合性非遗馆。2019年开工建设，计划今年建成开馆。

Located at Hangzhou Zhijiang Cultural Center, it is the first large-scale comprehensive regional ICH museum in China, with an exhibition area of 15,153 m2 in a construction area of 35,000 m2. It started to be constructed in 2019 and is scheduled to be open to the public this year.

Exploring the modern expression of traditional roots

浙江省非遗馆整体建筑为地下二层、地上五层，其中，展览教育空间主要分布在地下一层到地上四层之间，面积约1.5万平方米。

The architecture of Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum consists of two basement floors and five overground floors, among which, the area from the First Basement Floor to the fourth overground floor, covering an area of about 15,000 m2, is mainly for exhibition and education purposes.

一、二层为基本陈列《越山向海》，作为浙江省非物质文化遗产馆的基本陈列，承担着全面呈现浙江非物质文化遗产的基本概况、充分彰显浙江的地域文化特质与精神、活态展示非物质文化遗产的属性与特色的目标与使命，以“一条逻辑主线+三个文化空间+若干互动体验”的总体思路展开陈列。

The permanent exhibition “Across Mountains to the Sea” on the first and second floors is aimed at showcasing Zhejiang’s ICH in brief, the regional cultural characteristics and spirit of Zhejiang as well as the attributes, missions and characteristics of ICH in an active manner, based on the philosophy of “one main logical line + three cultural spaces + several interactive experiences”.

一条逻辑主线以中国非物质遗产名录体系的十大门类为学理依据，以联合国《保护非物质文化遗产公约》中的五大类型为划分标准，以浙江省国家级非物质文化遗产项目为主要依托，将基本陈列的主体转化为“口传·印记”（民间文学）、“手艺·生活”（传统技艺、传统美术）、“身心·智慧”（传统医药、体育游艺与杂技）、“演绎·风韵”（传统戏剧、曲艺、传统音乐、传统舞蹈）、“仪庆·精神”（民俗）五大板块，从不同的角度展现浙江人生生不息的文化创造与再创造。通过提炼三个最具浙江辨识度的文化地理概念，设置“向海而生”“寻山问居”“觅水行商”三个文化空间，重新寻找并搭建起浙江非遗项目与地域、与人群、与生活的联结点，将最能够反映特征性地域环境、特定人群生产生活场景、特色文化精神面貌的非遗项目有序组织，生动呈现浙江非遗文化生态的完整样貌。

Following the ten categories of China’s intangible heritage list system as well as the five categories of the “United Nations Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage”, the logic line follows Zhejiang’s national ICH elements in the permanent exhibition into “Word-of-Mouth·Imprint” (Folk Literature), “Handicrafts · Life” (Traditional Arts and Crafts, Traditional Fine Arts), “Mind and Body · Wisdom” (Traditional Medicine, Sports and Entertainment), “Interpretation · Charm” (Traditional theaters, Operas, Traditional Music, Traditional Dance), “Rituals and Celebrations · Spirit” (Folklore), displaying the relentless cultural creation and re-creation of Zhejiang people from different perspectives. Meanwhile, by setting up three cultural spaces in most noticeable cultural and geographic concepts of Zhejiang, namely, “Living at the Sea”, “Seeking Mountain Dwellings” and “Seeking Water Town Dwellings”, the exhibition is aimed at presenting the complete ecological pictures of Zhejiang’s ICH with the organization of the elements that best reflect regional environment, the production and life of particular groups of people, and characteristic cultural and spiritual outlooks in an orderly manner by re-discovering and constructing the links between the region, populations and life.

On the Third Floor are two thematic galleries (Traditional Crafts and Traditional theaters) and Gallery of Traditional Performing Arts.

01 传统工艺厅《知者创物》

Gallery of Traditional Crafts: “Knowing and Creating”

传统工艺厅《知者创物》不仅停留于工艺作品的欣赏，而着眼于“人”，带领观众走入制作者的精神世界，理解他们对材料的不同处理、对技法的灵活运用、对造型和装饰的思考、对生活美学的执着追求，从使用者视角探寻工艺品与当代人生活的多种可能。

Gallery of Traditional Crafts: “Knowing and Creating”,does not merely stop at the appreciation of crafts, but, with a focus on “humans”, leads the visitors into the spiritual world of the makers to understand their different handling of materials, flexible use of techniques, meditations on shapes and decorations, and persistent pursuit of life aesthetics so as to explore the many possibilities of crafts and contemporary life from the perspective of users.

02 传统戏剧厅《姹紫嫣红开遍》

“Dazzling Diversity of Theaters”, Gallery of Traditional Theaters

传统戏剧厅《姹紫嫣红开遍》既要彰显浙江戏剧的历史与发展过程中的“高光时刻”，也要对浙江特色剧种有所展现，更应当立足当下，挖掘戏剧与人、与生活的联系，于点滴中重建与公众的情感共鸣。每天进行传统戏剧展示展演，轮演全省不同地方特色剧种。在开馆之际，观众将欣赏到传统戏剧昆曲的盛宴。

“Dazzling Diversity of Theaters”, Gallery of Traditional Theaters, not only showcases the history of Zhejiang theaters and operas in highlight moments as well as their characteristics, but also explores the connections between theaters, people and life in current life and reconstruct the emotional resonance with the public in minute details. Different local theaters of the province will be performed in turn. The visitors will enjoy a feast of traditional kunqu on the day of opening ceremony.

03 传统表演艺术厅

Gallery of Traditional Performing Arts

传统表演艺术厅是满足200人的专业展演空间，配置专业的舞台灯光、声效音响，展现浙江传统舞蹈、传统戏剧、传统音乐、传统体育及杂技等非物质文化遗产表演类项目。配套设置的传统戏剧道具展示区，既静态展示浙江传统戏剧、舞蹈等所使用的道具，也设有化妆间，兼作公众化妆体验使用。

Gallery of Traditional Performing Arts, housing at most 200 persons, is a professional exhibition and performance space with professional stage lighting, sound effects and acoustics, showing ICH performance elements, e.g. traditional dance, traditional theaters and operas, traditional music, traditional sports and acrobatics in Zhejiang. The traditional area of theatrical props not only displays the props used in traditional Zhejiang theaters, operas and dances, but offers a dressing room for public make-up experience.

四层为非物质文化遗产数字与文献中心，数字中心将对浙江省级以上非物质文化遗产进行全量集聚与监管，改造全省非遗保护工作流程，使非物质文化遗产保护工作更为高效。项目主要包含非遗数据中心、非遗驾驶舱、非遗馆运营管理、非遗资源分析监测、非遗资源保护研究、非遗馆公众服务、安全防护体系等7大版块。

The Fourth Floor: Intangible Cultural Heritage Digital and Documentation Center, will collect and supervise the ICH of Zhejiang and China, and transform the workflow of ICH protection in Zhejiang to ensure more efficient ICH protection. The project includes seven sections, namely, ICH Data Center, ICH Cockpit, ICH Museum Operation Management, ICH Resource Analysis and Monitoring, Studies on ICH Resource Protection, ICH Museum Public Service, and Security Protection System.

地下一层集中了非遗美食体验、非遗传承体验和临展厅等多功能。非遗美食展示体验区，奉行“生活化的情境营造”理念，创造在沉浸式空间中感受非遗活态魅力、体验非遗项目的新模式。以“食育”为理念，现场制作美食，通过“动手、动脑、动口、动心”，体味浙江各地的特色非遗美食，并通过定期的美食工坊等活动吸引公众，亲身参与浙江美食的烹制和品味。非遗传承体验中心，主体面向青少年群体，研发分众化的展演与参与项目，并配备相应的空间与设施设备，将适宜转化的非遗项目，开设非遗公开课、过一个中国节、和爸爸一起逛集市、了不起的传承人、爱上手工艺、365个故事等课程。

The First Basement Floor serves multi-functions, e.g. ICH food experience, ICH inheritance experience and temporary exhibitions. The food display and experience area is aimed at creating an immersive experience of the ICH elements and charms based on the idea of “creating living scenarios”. On the philosophy of “food education” integrating the exploitation of “hand, brain, mouth and heart”, different foods of Zhejiang are made on site, regular food workshops held, food making experiences offered to visitors. The ICH Inheritance Experience Center holds niche exhibitions and performances for teenagers and some ICH elements are developed into such programs as ICH Open Class, Enjoy a Chinese Festival, Visit the Fair with Dad, Amazing Inheritors, Fall in Love with Handicrafts, 365 Stories, etc.

In addition, there are also spaces for ICH derivatives and extension classrooms on each floor.

紧扣非物质文化遗产的定义，浙江省非物质文化遗产馆围绕“生活”这一核心。馆内展览将“人与过程”作为关键抓手，目的是要打造一座活态的、温情的、流动的、无界的，并且具有未来生命力的展馆。

Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, themed on the definition of the ICH and the key words of “people and process”, is committed to creating a living, warm, flowing and borderless museum with future vitality.

01 活态展演

Live Exhibitions

非遗的“活”不止于活态，更是一种思维方式和生活态度。位于本馆三层的200人传统艺术表演厅将常态性地展演传统表演艺术项目，包括传统音乐、传统戏剧、传统舞蹈、传统体育和杂技等；同楼层的传统古戏台，将好戏连台，轮番展演浙江58个传统戏剧项目折子戏。特别是针对不同的人群设计各种形式的系列展演，尤其注重青少年的传承，在非遗馆内将有孩子们爱看的木偶戏、皮影戏。

The “living” ICH is a living state, but more importantly, a way of thinking and attitude of life. The Performance Gallery of Traditional Art housing at most 200 persons on the Third Floor features traditional performing arts, including traditional music, traditional theaters, traditional dances, traditional sports and acrobatics on a regular basis; on the antique theatrical stages are performed 58 traditional highlight theaters of Zhejiang. Besides, series of performances are designed for different groups of people, including puppet shows and shadow puppetry for young visitors in particular.

02 大师在身边

在非遗馆不经意间遇到传统艺术表演大咖、传统工艺的国家级传承人，他们驻在场馆中，或者以声音，或者身形，或者以手艺，为观众呈现非遗沉浸式的体验盛宴。

In the museum, visitors will come across great performers of traditional art, national inheritors of traditional crafts who present an immersive ICH feast for visitors with their voices, figures or crafts.

03 设置打卡点，让观展流动起来

Set up Must-visit Spots for Flowing Exhibitions

浙江省非遗馆尝试不断拓展外延，让整座展馆流动起来。在展览中，结合展览内容与空间条件，设置恰如其分的“打卡点”，观众在参观过程中，随着脚步的行进，感受非遗的温度和情感，思考传统与当下、人与自然以及人与人之间的关系，让非遗回归我们的日常生活。

The museum tries to make itself flow by outreaching steadily. Several must-visit spots, catering to the contents and spaces, are set up for the visitors to feel the warmth and emotions of the ICH with their steps, meditate on the ties between tradition and present, man and nature, and man and man, so the ICH can return to our daily life.
